My Approach

I work at the intersection of strategy and change — where organizations are called to adapt, evolve, and make decisions with integrity.  What sets my approach apart is how I blend human-centered design, business strategy, and systems thinking to co-create roadmaps that are both deeply grounded in lived experience and shaped by big-picture insight.

This perspective is rooted in several decades of working inside nonprofit organizations—leading strategy development, managing diverse teams, and navigating the realities of organizational change from within. I understand the complexity, constraints, and courage it takes to shift direction or embed new ways of working.

My process engages those most affected by change—staff, community members, board leaders, and partners—to ensure outcomes are meaningful, actionable, and co-owned. Above all, my work is practical, relational, and designed to meet people where they are, helping organizations move forward with clarity and confidence.

  • Human-Centered Design grounds the process in the voices, values, and wisdom of your people.
  • Adaptive Leadership tools support leaders to build momentum even in uncertainty.
  • Equity-Informed Change Management creates space for transparency, inclusion, and psychological safety.
  • Strategic Thinking and Systems Awareness ensure the vision is aligned with reality, and the path forward is clear.
