My Approach

I work with nonprofit and mission-driven organizations to clarify direction, make confident strategic choices, and translate big ambitions into realistic pathways forward. 

Some clients engage me to develop a full strategy. Others bring me in to support a specific part of the thinking, such as a sub-strategy, a leadership retreat, or a rigorous analysis to inform decisions. 

In all cases, my role is not just to guide process, but to serve as a trusted thought partner to leaders who are carrying significant responsibility and need space, structure, and insight to think well.
